Initial release of the standard, formally launched to the CAUDIT and CUCCIO communities. Established the governance constitution and the first generation of HERM-aligned entities.

Released at the June townhall. Adds a new Recognition of Credit standard on top of V2.1. The current standard spans 24 domains and more than 5,400 entities covering curriculum, student management, finance, HR, research administration and government reporting — drawn from reference data across four jurisdictions.
